Accommodation is possible via Online Accommodation Form for IMPPS-3. You may make your reservation by clicking here.

Hotel Reservation and Hotel Confirmation
Hotel reservation requests are only accepted online. Please submit online registration/accommodation form to make your request. Hotel accommodation is subject of availability and can not be guaranteed without full payment.

All participants will receive a final confirmation letter upon their accommodation. Please keep your final confirmation letter with you in order to show during the registration if it will be asked. To receive a final confirmation please be sure that your online accommodation form and your proof of payment will be received by Topkon Congress Services.

The applications with only reservation form or only bank receipt alone will not be confirmed and will be placed on a waiting list. To confirm your reservation both documents are required.

• Hotel rates are three-night package rates and will be charged for all stays shorter than 3 nights.
• Hotel rates are inclusive of breakfast.
• Above rates are not included %8 VAT.
• Deniz Hotel is in a walking distance to the congress venue.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Accommodation  
In case of cancellation of the accommodation written notification should be sent to the Topkon Conference Organizer and Travel Bureau. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

If the cancellation is received;

- before March 26th , 2010, the full payment less one night fee will be refunded.
- after March 26th, 2010, there will be no refund.
