Cancellation and Refund Policy for Registration
In case of cancellation of the registration written notification should be sent to the Topkon Conference Organizer and Travel Bureau. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
If the cancellation is received;
- before March 19th, 2010, the full payment less a processing fee of 30.-Euro will be refunded.
- after March 19th, 2010, 50 % of the registration fee will be refunded.
- after April 23rd, 2010, there will be no refund.
